Following the change of ownership in October last year, Geneva Healthcare has taken the past six months to review and understand how Geneva Northlink operates and where we can make positive changes through the alignment into the wider Geneva Healthcare organisational structure.
As a result of this review we have decided to centralise operations into a hub location at Albany in the Apollo Medical Centre located on Apollo Drive. Geneva Healthcare believes the decision to consolidate key functions to one centralised office will improve efficiencies and levels of service.
The outcome of this initiative will mean that the office staff from the current Warkworth, Orewa and North Harbour offices will be relocating to the new office based in Albany. We are pleased to be able to inform you that almost all staff have agreed to relocate to the new office so we do not anticipate any significant change in service.
In addition to this we will continue to maintain a community presence through satellite ‘drop-in’ offices which will be based in Orewa, Warkworth and a new site in West Auckland. There is no immediate change to the Whangarei office location.
From Monday 14th April all current back office functions such as finance, payroll, care and resource co-ordination will operate from the Albany office. Please be aware of the new phone and fax number, and the office and postal addresses as detailed below. Email addresses will remain the same.
